Weitblick is a German business that believes in helping create great schools. They focus on the development, testing, and evaluation of school programs promoting student well-being, prevention, and health. They approached Battalion to design a friendly academic brand that schools and institutions would instinctively trust.

Branding for better education
We created a custom cursive-style wordmark featuring an energetic ‘W’ and small flourishes while retaining a modern and more formalised sans-serif form. Custom shapes representing landscapes, future horizons, and optimism were created as thematic illustrations, which were extended through iconography and imagery.
Working with the Weitblick team, we took them through a series of workshops to align on their positioning and values. Weitblick wanted to be seen as a business that is approachable but also fundamentally important, with the ability to move schools and institutions beyond optimism to real change.
