Refining the user experience for the future of cold plunge wellness
The challenge
The Plunge brand was born back in 2020 during the Covid pandemic. Beginning their journey out of a garage in California, entrepreneurs Michael Garrett and Ryan Duey, set out to revolutionise the wellness industry with their high-tech range of cold plunge products.
We were approached by Plunge at a time when they were ready to start scaling the business. They needed a website experience that really spoke to their target audience and displayed their aspirational products in the best possible way. Mike and Ryan where also highly focused giving customers a seamless end-to-end experience.
Website design
We utilised our e-commerce experience to map out an engaging user journey for the buyer. Therefore, giving them a seamless path to purchase directly from the homepage, into the PDP and checkout.
We also simplified site navigation by utilising a ‘mega-menu’ style nav bar. This allows customers to move through the site effortlessly.
The results
Since our involvement in the design of the website, Plunge have gone from strength to strength. Now with over a 100+ workforce, celebrity endorsements and a high volume of sales, they are now set on becoming ‘the’ go-to brand for cold plunge products.
